DESCRIPTION:This Online Auction ends Saturday at 7pm. The items will be 
 available for pickup on Sunday from 10am-1pm or by appointme
 nt. Items in this auction with the exception of the UHAUL un
 its\, are located at 2017 South Cushman Street. All items mu
 st be picked up within 7 days of the close of the auction an
 d or have made arrangements for shipping. Any items not clai
 med within seven days will be considered abandoned\, the bidd
 er will forfeit the item and the payment will not be refunde
 d. The auction house reserves the right relist any abandoned
  items in another upcoming auction. There is a 15% Buyers Pr
 emium and a 4% Credit Card Fee. The UHAUL Storage Units are 
 located at 351 Old Steese Hwy North. Rules for bidding on st
 orage units are: 1) Successful bidders must bring a paid inv
 oice into the UHAUL office at 351 Old Steese Hwy North with 
 in three days of the close of the auction. 2) Successful Bid
 ders will be provided a Contact number for the manager of th
 is location. Successful Bidders MUST make an appointment to 
 meet the manager. 3) Successful bidders will have 48 hours t
 o remove all items from the unit and to sweep clean the unit
 . IF you fail to meet the deadline\, Uhaul will rent you the 
 unit. 4) No items may be left behind or disposed of on the U
 HAUL property\, there is no use of the dumpsters allowed. 5) 
 Failure to abide by these terms will eliminate your ability 
 to bid in future storage unit auctions. If you wish to pay b
 y cash you must contact Last Frontier Auction prior to the c
 lose of the auction. All successful bidders will have their 
 credit cards on file charged within 24 hours of the close of
  the auction. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bid
 ders following the close of the auction. There is a 15% Buye
 rs Premium and a 4% Credit Card Fee.
