DESCRIPTION:The Storage Units are located at U-Haul Storage and Rental l
 ocated at 3115 Airport Way. Rules for bidding on storage uni
 ts are: 1) Successful bidders must bring a paid invoice to t
 he rental counter at U-Haul at 3115 Airport Way with in thre
 e business days of the close of the auction during normal bu
 siness hours. 2) Successful bidders will be given 72 hours t
 o remove all items from the unit once you have provided your
  receipt to an employee at U-Haul. The unit must be swept cl
 ean and free of debris. IF you fail to meet the deadline\, U-
 Haul Storage will rent you the unit. 4) No items may be left
  behind or disposed of at the U-Haul property\, there is no u
 se of the dumpsters allowed. 5) If you need more time to cle
 ar out the unit beyond the 3 day grace period\, U-Haul will r
 ent you the unit. 6) Failure to abide by these terms will el
 iminate your ability to bid in future storage unit auctions.
  7) U-Haul and the auctioneer reserve the right to remove a 
 lot from the sale at any time before the lot closes. If you 
 wish to pay by cash you must contact Last Frontier Auction p
 rior to the close of the auction. All successful bidders wil
 l have their credit cards on file charged within 24 hours of
  the close of the auction. Invoices will be emailed to the s
 uccessful bidders following the close of the auction. There 
 is a 15% Buyers Premium and a 4% Credit Card Fee.
