PICK-UP:
a. 7 DAYS ONLY: Successful bidders can pick up and remove the merchandise the next day following the sale or must call and make an appointment for pickup at a later date. Contact Jacob at 907.590.0145 for an appointment. Bring photo ID and be prepared to present your email invoice receipt of purchase. All items must be picked up and removed in 7days, unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
b. The successful bidders will be sent the pickup location on their invoice via email.
c. Loading, transportation, and any required disassembly of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide tools for disassembly or assist with moving heavy objects. There is no equipment available to assist with load out.

e. We require written permission for all pick-ups on a buyer’s behalf. Email us at Jacob@LastFrontierAuction.com to request a substitute in your place.
f. Any inventory not collected by close of the third pick-up day will incur storage fees of $25 per lot, per day, for up to five business days.
On the eighth business day after the auction closes, any items remaining will be forfeited. Forfeited items may be brought to the auction house to be relisted, disposed of, or donated at the buyer’s expense.

VEHICLE PURCHASES:
a. Vehicles purchased through Last Frontier Auction and Sales are subject to a $40 title transfer fee plus any additional vehicle registration fees as required.
b. Vehicle titles transfers will only be made in winning bidder’s name, or their company’s name for commercial vehicle title transfers.
c. All transfer and registration fees are non-negotiable and the sole responsibility of the buyer.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
a. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All dimensions provided are approximate. Buyers are always encouraged to inspect items in person prior to bidding to make their own determinations as to condition, size, and authenticity. Detailed condition reports can be provided upon request. Last Frontier Auction and Sales LLC accepts no responsibility for any error or omission.
b. Property is open to thorough public inspection by preview appointment only. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determining factor. We may attempt to describe the merchandise in Last Frontier Auction and Sales advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Last Frontier Auction and Sales be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and authenticity and may not make any contest regarding any determining factor. Bidders who participate from off site and forego the opportunity to be present at the preview understand and acknowledge that this affects their ability to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Last Frontier Auction and Sales shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Last Frontier Auction and Sales will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
WARRANTIES OF OWNER/REPRESENTATIVE:
a. The owner/representative warrants that he/she is the owner of listed items and has merchantable title to the items of personal property offered for sale and hereby grants to the Auctioneer the right to convey a merchantable title to such property to such buyers as may be successful at sale time. The Owner/representative guarantees clear title, and that liens on the listed property be so stated whereby arrangements will be made so that clear title will be issued to the purchaser. In the event owner/representative is unable to clear title, owner/representative will be liable for any pre-sale expenses incurred by the Auctioneer, and/or a withdrawal fee.
b. Last Frontier Auction and Sales is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Last Frontier Auction and Sales or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed online auction. Last Frontier Auction and Sales will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Last Frontier Auction and Sales reserves the right to withdraw, re-sequence or re-catalog items in this auction at any time, for any reason.
GOVERNING LAW & VENUE:
This agreement is governed by and construed in compliance with the domestic laws of the State of Alaska without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule (whether of the State of Alaska or of any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction except the State of Alaska. All disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved in a court of law located in Fairbanks, Alaska.
ACCEPTANCE:
By bidding in our auction, the Bidder accepts and agrees that they have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the auction in their entirety. Thank you for your understanding, accordance, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
