Rules for bidding on storage units are: 1) Successful bidders must bring a paid invoice into the UHAUL office at 351 Old Steese Hwy North with in three days of the close of the auction. 2) Successful Bidders will be provided a Contact number for the manager of this location. Successful Bidders MUST make an appointment to meet the manager. 3) Successful bidders will have 48 hours to remove all items from the unit and to sweep clean the unit. IF you fail to meet the deadline, Uhaul will rent you the unit. 4) No items may be left behind or disposed of on the UHAUL property, there is no use of the dumpsters allowed. 5) Failure to abide by these terms will eliminate your ability to bid in future storage unit auctions.
